Downtownhost.com support does not respond to support and the server is down for 4 days. Logging incidents for 4 days didn’t get any response, but when I send an email to the billing email address about my invoice, I get a response.

I want to work with you privately, and I have been your customer since 2013, but after the server is down for 4 days, with ping to the hosting server get the following response:
