I think you are right i should let paypal decide. If i’m not entitled to it then fine.
Hopefully it goes my way. If not oh well.
But bottom line for me is, it’s bad business to create conflict over €50 for them.
If they had told me, “it’s our policy not to refund” i wouldn’t have cancelled the service, i would have used all my credit first.
But now i have no more will to work with them.
It’s sad paypal locked them but i hear stories like this all the time, i don’t think it’s rare. I can actually believe it but i don’t think it’s my fault.
